 1. Dish cleanser is your friend! The tidy way to clean your gem jewelry is in a coliseum of water with a several drops of ordinary dish cleanser. Using an old soft toothbrush, rub gently behind the gemstone where dust and cleanser can collect. Also just wash and gentle dry with a soft cloth.

To clean them, simply wipe clean with a soft cloth. 

 
 3. Cover your jewels! To keep your gem rings looking brilliant, remove them before vigorous exercise or working with your hands. Some gem species might be damaged with a sharp blow. When removing your rings, don’t pull them off by the gem this won’t damage the gem but it can, over time, stretch the potential that holds it in place, making the setting less secure.
